Although many of the Guild's services are based in Devonshire House, each team visits St Luke's on a regular basis. If you've got a question, or need specific info from a Guild department, pop in to G47 to access specialist advice.

Staffing Notices

From Monday 17 June

G47 is now closed for the Summer holidays. Please contact the departments directly if you need to arrange an appointment, or email with any general queries.

Membership Services are only available in G47 during term-time, however staff may be able to organise appointments outside of term-time. Please contact the department directly to organise this.


Mondays and Fridays

Guild Advice provides free, independent and confidential advice and information on a range of issues affecting students.

  • Drop in Advice Surgery Monday and Friday 11:00 to 13:00
  • Bookable appointments available subject to advisor availability
  • Email advice service available Monday to Friday

Please note there may be some additional closure days due to staff training or unexpected absence. We will communicate any such closures through the Guild’s social media channels as soon as we can.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Come and chat to us for information on how the Students' Guild represents you, and how you can get involved.

Academic Representation: Find out who your Reps are, how to get involved in Academic Representation, and for support and training for existing Academic Reps.

St Luke's Executive: Find out about the Guild's specialist Council for St Luke's students, and how you can get involved. Meetings of St Luke's Executive are open to all students.

Access society and student group support. Come and talk to a member of the Activities Team directly if you have any concerns or queries. Staff are available for you to drop in between 9am and 4pm, or you can book an appointment by emailing the team. Also keep an eye on the Committee Updates email for upcoming support sessions taking place on St Luke's.
