All Membership Services teams - Advice, Voice and Activities - regularly visit St Luke's. Find out when the department you need is next on campus.

Although many of the Guild's services are based in Devonshire House, each team visits St Luke's on a regular basis. If you've got a question, or need specific info from a Guild department, pop in to the Students' Guild to access specialist advice.

The staff rota for Term 1 can be found below; please call in during business hours, or contact us with any specific queries at stlukes@exeterguild.com.

Guild Reception

Guild Reception is open 16:00-20:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Membership Services

Membership Services are available 09:00-16:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Staffing Notices

From Monday 16 September

The Lounge is now open 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday. Guild Reception is now open 16:00-20:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

From Tuesday 24 September

Membership Services are now available 09:00-16:00 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Wednesday 2 October

No Academic Representation drop-in today due to rep training.

Membership Services are only available during term-time, however staff may be able to organise appointments outside of term-time. Please contact the department directly to organise this.

Come and chat to us for information on how the Students' Guild represents you, and how you can get involved.

Academic Representation: Find out who your Reps are, how to get involved in Academic Representation, and for support and training for existing Academic Reps.

St Luke's Executive: Find out about the Guild's specialist Council for St Luke's students, and how you can get involved. Meetings of St Luke's Executive are open to all students.

  • Academic Representation Drop-in: Wednesday 13:30-15:00. Talk to us about Academic Representation and Postgraduate Representation.

Thursdays (odd weeks)

Come and chat to us for information about Equality Council and Equality Panels, St Luke's Executive, Welfare Campaigns, and NUS Conferences.

  • Student Governance Drop-in: Thursday (odd weeks) 15:00-16:30.

Advice

Wednesdays

The Students' Guild Advice service provides free, independent and confidential advice and information on a range of issues affecting students.

  • Drop-in Advice Surgery: Wednesday 11:00-13:00.
  • Bookable Appointments: Please enquire for details.

Activities

Thursdays

Access society and student group support. Come and talk to a member of the Activities Team directly if you have any concerns or queries. Staff are available for you to drop in between 9am and 4pm, or you can book an appointment by emailing the team. Also keep an eye on the Committee Updates email for upcoming support sessions taking place on St Luke's.
