Exeter University's Mental Health Awareness Society

Get involved with breaking down stigma and spreading the word about positive mental wellbeing!

Our aims:

  • To raise awareness of and de-stigmatise the image of mental health issues that affect people within university through education.
  • Work as a channelling service for the help provided by the university (Wellbeing Centre, Nightline, DRC, etc).
  • Host events that promote and provide positive well being.
  • Raise money in aid of mental health causes throughout the year.
  • Create a community of strong and understanding students

Join us to get involved in upcoming campaigns to spread awareness of mental health difficulties and promote positive mental health throughout the University. We also hold weekly socials that are open to all.
