University of Exeter British Red Cross

Exeter University British Red Cross (EUBRC) is the student group of the British Red Cross at the University of Exeter. Our main aim is to promote the work of the Red Cross (both nationally and internationally as part of the International Committee of the Red Cross and Red Crescent) within the University and the wider community.

Our group aims to focus on:

  • Humanitarian Education - Providing training to willing members in order to go out to schools in the local community and facilitate sessions teaching local children about important humanitarian issues such as child soldiers, food poverty, refugees and International Humanitarian Law.
  • Fundraising - Assisting and running fundraising projects/events for British Red Cross Crisis Appeals
  • Supporting Volunteering for the British Red Cross - We will signpost and support the volunteering of University students in the services that the British Red Cross offer.
