The Catholic Society here at the University of Exeter is an inclusive, friendly environment, where students can grow in faith while having fun and making new friends. Whether you're a lifelong Christian or seeking to discover your faith, our door is always open to new members.

We have a wide range of events throughout the year, from talks to themed nights and society trips! Many of our events, including our socials and Sunday lunches, take place at the Chaplaincy bar, The Shepherd – the cheapest bar on campus!

The Society works closely with the Catholic Chaplaincy, which is led by Fr. Michael to ensure that the needs of all our members are being met, and organise faith-related projects throughout the year.

The Chaplaincy is located at Boniface House; close to Birks Grange, Duryard and Holland Hall.

Sunday Mass is held at the Chaplaincy every week at 11.30am, and is followed by a free lunch for all members.

Please do check out our FB page where we post regular updates and information about the society!

Everyone is welcome at the Society, and the cost for whole year is just £8, which covers the cost of accomodating speakers and paying for students' rail fares for local trips, as well as some fantastic socials!

The Chaplaincy is a place of joy, so please come and see what it's about.
