BodySoc is a society dedicated to getting fit and having fun,with regular classes and amazing socials.

We offer a wide range of classes, from Zumba and Aerobics to Yoga and Circuits, offering something for all abilities.

Keeping fit shouldn't have to be a chore - with BodySoc you can guarantee a good time!

CLASSES

Our classes are led by qualified and professional instructors and we offer a range of classes to suit everyone, including:

All cardio classes are only £1 for members. Pilates and Yoga are £2 a class, or £3 for 1.5 hours of yoga!

Zumba

Lemon Grove Dance Floor, Cornwall House
Try out a FREE BodySoc exercise class! Zumba is an aerobic workout inspired by Latin American music. Intensity: Low
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
17th September 6pm - 7pm
Dance Studio, St Luke's Campus
Try out a FREE BodySoc exercise class! HIIT involves short bursts of high energy exercises followed by short breaks to get that heart rate up and those calories burnt! Intensity: High Optional walking bus leaving bottom of Forum Hill 17:15.
Body Conditioning
18th September noon - 1pm
Lemon Grove Dance Floor, Cornwall House
Try out a FREE BodySoc exercise class! Conditioning provides a full body workout which includes aerobic and toning exercises. Intensity: Medium
Freshers' Week Picnic
18th September noon - 3pm
Business School Patio, Streatham Campus
Bodysoc invites you to a picnic, where committee will provide snacks and drinks and answer any questions you have about the society, classes and socials! Come for as long as you like to relax and chat to both the committee and other new members!
Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)
