A peer support group dedicated to providing support and information for students with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, offering weekly peer support sessions run by student facilitators.
Our society will allow students affected by OCD to exchange advice and guidance, raise awareness and support each other in a non-judgemental environment. Seeking help for a mental health condition can be hard. We will aim to provide a safe platform to discuss the many difficulties experienced by those affected by OCD. Whether our members are looking for weekly peer support, or just a friendly chat after having a difficult day, our group will provide a space for them. Our objective is to make sure our members feel comfortable exchanging advice and can freely discuss their experiences of managing life with the condition.
If you have any queries or want to help out in other ways you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Start of Peer Support sessions: peer support occur every tuesday evening (6pm-7pm or 6:30-7:30), in the DH2 Conference Room (Devonshire House, 2nd floor). A facilitator will be waiting outside the Ram bar 10 minutes before the start of the session, to help guide people to the room if needed.
The full schedule for peer support sessions including precise dates and times is available here:
