Aims and Objectives:
Do you have an interest in dodging, ducking, diving, dipping, or dodging? Then Dodgeball is the society for you!
Dodgeball was invented in ancient China, where they threw severed heads at each other. Now however, we’re using ADAA (American Dodgeball Association of America) approved dodgeballs.
We cater to all abilities. Whether you’re a Dodgeball veteran or have yet to taste the sweet glory of throwing a dodgeball, you are more than welcome to come! We try to produce a friendly and fun atmosphere, along with a competitive element! It is the perfect society to join if you’re looking for fun exercise with other incredibly nice and welcoming people, or just looking to take out your frustrations from the daily grind by throwing balls at people, you’re all more than welcome!
Perks Of Membership: Training once a week, a variety of socials both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and competetive opportunities against other universities in tournaments and leagues. Dodgeball will soon be part of the BUCS programme as well!
We *usually* train on Wednesdays from 19:00 - 21:00 in the Sports Hall on Streatham campus.
