About Us


Calisthenics, or bodyweight strength training, is a fantastic way to keep fit and build strength and muscle to become the master of your own body. We're a friendly, free society that provides a fun way to work out together, no matter your ability.

Calisthenics is a great option for you main workout of the week or as training supplementary to other sports; everyone can benefit from more exercise! We hold training sessions twice a week (unless it's pouring down) and this year we are planning to hold more joint events with other societies. Come train with us!

 

Aims and Objecitves:

  1. To hold up more organized training days.
  2. To provide greater morale and appeal to the sport and life of Calisthenics.
  3. To promote more social events for calisthenics members with other members of other societies.
