Calisthenics, or bodyweight strength training, is a fantastic way to keep fit and build strength and muscle to become the master of your own body. We're a friendly, free society that provides a fun way to work out together, no matter your ability.
Calisthenics is a great option for you main workout of the week or as training supplementary to other sports; everyone can benefit from more exercise! We hold training sessions twice a week (unless it's pouring down) and this year we are planning to hold more joint events with other societies. Come train with us!
