PGR Reps

PGR Reps

The Graduate Research Student Representative (PGR Rep) is the primary student representative for Postgraduate Research students in their research group or discipline.

The main role of the PGR Rep is to gather views from fellow PGR students regarding all aspects of their research and time at the University and to communicate this to their academic college, department, and the Doctoral College through Postgraduate Research Liaison Forum (PGRLF) meetings.

Appointed PGR Reps will also chair each PGRLF meeting, either individually or jointly. PGR Reps then report back the outcomes of PGRLF meetings and discussions to their peers by providing summaries and directions to meeting action logs and minutes.
