What is Quality Assurance?

Quality Assurance covers the various ways in which students formally shape their academic experience, and how they help to ensure consistency of degree quality across the student experience. Qualitative and quantitative data gathered by quality assurance methods is processed by the University with a view to guaranteeing that students can impact their degree, and make sure that feedback given is reflected in the quality of delivery, content, and structure of each course, alongside resources and facilities available, staff support and availability, and several other factors impacting each student's university experience.

Find out more about Quality Assurance in the online training module on Quality Assurance and Working in Partnership.
