Collecting Feedback

As a student rep, collecting feedback is one of your core responsibilities. While it may seem like an easy task, there are several factors to consider which can both impact the quantity and quality of the feedback you are collecting. These can include the positive and negative attributes of the methods by which you are collecting feedback, how you are phrasing and structing the questions you ask, and how you are embedding ways of collecting and comparing statistical, as well as qualitative, data.
