The Vice-President Postgraduate is a full-time officer elected in March to represent all postgraduate students. They are responsible for managing the work of representing issues facing postgraduate students at Exeter, and encouraging the participation of these students in the work of the Guild and the life of the University. Research Students

The Pro Vice-President Postgraduate Research is a 0.25 pro-rata part-time officer who represents the welfare and educational issues of postgraduate research students. They chair and convene the PGR Executive, and are the first point of contact within the elected officer team for PGR students. Find out more about this year’s PVP PGR at Your Student Leaders.

The PGR Executive brings together all graduate research student representatives from across the University’s research degrees, including doctoral programmes, MPhil, and Masters by Research. All graduate research student representatives also attend their discipline or college Postgraduate Research Liaison Forum (PGRLF).

Taught Students

The VP Postgraduate chairs and convenes the PGT Executive, and is the first point of contact within the elected officer team for PGT students.

The PGT Executive brings together all student representatives from the taught Masters courses across the University's Academic Colleges. All PGT representatives also attend their discipline Student-Staff Liaison Committee (SSLC).
