09/12/21 New Risk Assessment/Activity Submission Process

Over the holiday period we will be launching our new proces for submitting activities and events! 

Based on the positive feedback we received regarding our Freshers' events submission system, we will now be implementing this process going forward. 

All events will now be submitted via the form here: Risk Assessment - Students' Guild (exeterguild.org) and will subsequently be uploaded to the website once approved. The form will also be directly linked from your Membership Manager. The form acts as the risk assessment template, giving you guidance on how to complete the template when you select the hazards present. It also integrates the separate forms for speakers, performances, trips and food and drink within the one form. Additionally, there is now a file upload for budgets related to events, removing the need to upload to your Society OneNote.

On submission you will receive a PDF copy of the completed form and then once approved a further notification to confirm approval. If there are any queries or changes, we will email you from activities@exeterguild.com with a link to amend.
