Supporting our Student Community

Offering support for our students affected by tragic events around the world.

Over the last few weeks our student community around the world have experienced some incredibly difficult and tragic events – we want all of our students to know that we are here for you and want to support you.

We have seen horrifying scenes in Afghanistan, with many in the country fearful for their lives and their future as the crisis continues to unfold. We’ve also seen environmental disasters with the Haitian earthquake, as well as the fires in Greece and Turkey. We stand with our students facing crisis, wherever they are in the world.

For any support or advice, please contact either our Advice Service exeterguild.com/advice or the University’s Wellbeing team at exeter.ac.uk/wellbeing

If this is impacting your studies, you can also contact the University’s Student Hub about applying for academic mitigation and support.

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected, whether that’s yourself directly or your friends and family. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you need our support.
