An update from the latest St Luke's Council

St Luke's Executive Council meeting

Last week, St Luke's Executive met to discuss issues surrounding the campus. Here are some key takeaways from the meeting:

- Booking student events in Crossways appears to be impossible although it is known that other events are being held

- St Luke's Strategy Board will be meeting on 14 January

- Communications, such as, provisions and cancellation of services needs to be improved using channels such as PG Reps, Doctoral College newsletter, St Luke's newsletter. There were discussions on having a stand in Crosskeys and drop-in sessions in different colleges. 

- Reception in St Luke's should be open at least two days a week and perhaps staffed with students which would give more paid opportunities in the campus
