Your Students' Guild is a registered charity which means we have Articles of Association, which set out our charitable purpose and how we will achieve it. To make sure we’re working effectively, we review our governance documents regularly to make sure they are legally compliant and they support us to deliver on our charitable objectives.
The Trustee Board have reviewed our Articles of Association, with the support of external experts, to ensure legal compliance. As part of this review the trustees also reflected on your feedback about Guild processes to make the Guild more transparent and accessible.
