Exceptional Circumstances Policy

Exceptional Circumstances Policy

If you've been impacted by Covid-19 for a significant period, this may be considered during marking.

If Covid-19 has impacted you either directly or indirectly for a significant period of more than 4 weeks, and this may have affected your performance in a number of assessments, you can let the University know and this may be considered when looking at marks.

As part of the No Disadvantage Guarantee you have until May 21 to submit a form explaining how you have been impacted by Covid-19 via the Exceptional Circumstances policy. This is different to the mitigation procedure and you will need to provide evidence around how you have been impacted. For more information about what would be considered as exceptional circumstances head to the University website.
