Get Connected

Get Connected

In these crazy times it’s more important than ever for us to stay connected with those around us. We know that this can be an isolating and lonely time for some of our students so we’re hoping our Get Connected campaign will give you some much needed positivity in these uncertain times. Stay safe, stay positive and stay connected ~ Liv Harvey, VP Activities

It’s been so great to speak to different students through get connected who I might not have ‘met’ this year! It’s also been a fab way to find out about different societies at Exeter and try out new events like the mind reading event!

Past and Present University of Exeter Students Favourite Places and What They Couldn't Live Without

Lily, Third Year

The Get Connected campaign is a really lovely way to see the student body and the student guild have a sense of unity in a time where a lot of students are struggling with the disjointed feelings faced by many students due to the changes we have seen in university life due to the pandemic. Seeing members of the sabb team on social media, hosting and promoting these events and the campaign gives a great sense of ‘connectedness’, it does what it says on the tin! In challenging times it is encouraging and uplifting to see our student guild work so hard to maintain a sense of togetherness between students.
