"Music week was by far the most enjoyable part of first year and I can't wait to do it again as a returner! I met most of my current closest friends within five minutes of arriving at Exeter, and got to play in societies which I am now on committee for."
Music Week is back for another year! A week-long medley of musical merriment for new and returning students alike. Whether you’d like to rehearse with a symphony orchestra, beatbox with an a capella group or improvise some jazz; whatever your instrument, whatever your style, we’ve got it covered.
For Freshers, this is the perfect opportunity to meet new people before the madness of Freshers’ Week begins. As well as bonding with each other whilst doing something you love, you’ll also have time to familiarise yourself with campus, explore the beautiful city of Exeter and sample the local nightlife. Returning students get the chance to reconnect with each other after the Summer break, and fully immerse themselves in a week of uninterrupted and unabashed music making.
Start your year on the right note and get involved.
