Still need somewhere to live for next academic year? Then fear not as the Students’ Guild are hosting our Virtual Accommodation Fair between the 15-21 February! At the fair you’ll be able to browse lots of different housing options available to help you find somewhere to live for next academic year. There will be a range of student accommodation, from purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) to private landlords and no pressure to sign up there and then. Take your time throughout the course of the week to look into the options available and contact them for all the information you need to make the decision that is best for you. The fair will accessible at exeterguild.org/accommodationfair from Monday 15 February at midday.

What is a virtual fair, how does it work?
A virtual fair is a virtual event run in an online environment. It gives the opportunity to ‘meet’ and engage with companies, in this case student accommodation providers and private landlords to find your student home for next academic year.
How do I access it?
The event can be accessed via this link
This link will be live from Monday 15 February from midday. This link will be sent via email and accessible on our social media channels, webpages and through the MoveSmart housing campaign pages the week the fair is live.
Who will be there?
There will be a range of student accommodation providers from PBSA’s to private landlords with long term and short term lets!
Can I look around accommodation?
Yes there will be videos and virtual tours of the accommodation available and you’ll be able to link through to their websites for further information or contact the providers or landlords directly using Facebook messenger or their additional contact details.
Will I be pressured to sign up?
There will be no pressure to sign up, you’ll be able to browse all the accommodation and houses with ease and it’s entirely up to you to contact the landlord or provider for additional information.
Can I chat with accommodation providers?
There is the option to direct message via Facebook messenger or contact them with the contact details they provide to chat about your options.
When is it?
It’s Monday 15 February to Sunday 21 February.
24 hours a day?
Yes all day every day and you can enter as many times as you like!
How many times do I need to log on?
You only need to log on once, after that you’ll go straight through to the fair as many times as you like!
What information about landlords will there be?
Landlords will provide a picture and video tour of their property, location, price and a 100 word description. There will also be their contact details so you can get in touch if you like what you see!
