Pole Practice Class

Online session focused on pole practice. For this session you will need to have a pole set up at home. In these practice sessions you can either pole along with the session leader, who will have some (mostly) improver level pole moves planned, or you can work on whatever you fancy with the support and encouragement of some pole buddies online.
Tickets are free for members and just £1 for non-members.
The Zoom link will be sent to you with your email receipt so you can join the class.
Please make sure you have already made a zoom account and join a few minutes early so we can start on time.
