Wellbeing Book Swap
Sit down with a cuppa, and come have a chat with our committee and other members over this informal Zoom coffee morning! We want you to always feel as if you have a place to come to feel supported and welcomed, so this event is solely about making friends and sharing the ways we have all learnt to best support ourselves and look out for those around us. Our wonderful Wellbeing Sec will be starting us off by signposting all the University's Wellbeing resources so you know where to access that network, followed by the "Book Swap" - an opportunity for everyone to share whatever it is that has helped them maintain or improve their own personal wellbeing - this can be anything from podcasts and books to healthy habits.
