The Great Hall
Unfortunately, due to current concerns surrounding COVID-19/coronavirus, we have decided to cancel our "O Fortuna" concert on Saturday 21st March. It has been a difficult decision which our committee has deliberated long and hard over, but our priority has to be the safety of our members and audience. As such, we feel that the risks that accompany running the concert as planned are too great.
We hope to reschedule our concert either to the end of June or to September, so please make sure you check our page in the future for any updates on this event. In terms of reimbursement, we will update you soon regarding any necessary ticket refunds. As you can imagine, this is new territory for our society, so please bear with us while we undertake this task.
We are very sorry for inconvenience but hope that you understand. This has been a difficult decision to make, but we feel it the necessary one to make. We wish you all good health and happiness for the coming weeks, and hope to see you all at our future events.

Veris leta facies!
This spring, University of Exeter Choral Society presents 'O Fortuna', a brilliant mix of choral, musical, and operatic pieces featuring (of course) Orff's 'Carmina Burana', and many more:
- Selected works from Bernstein's West Side Story
- Dido's Lament and Chorus from Purcell's 'Dido and Aeneas'
- Habanera and The March of the Toreadors from Bizet's 'Carmen'
- Humming Chorus from Puccini's 'Madama Butterfly'
- The Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves from Verdi's 'Nabucco'
- Anvil Chorus from Verdi's 'Il trovatore'
This concert will be accompanied by two fantastic pianists and conducted by Michael Graham. There's something in it for everyone, so we hope to see you there!
