Due to the ongoing circumstances surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to furlough a number of staff to protect the Guild. We are working hard to make sure that this has limited impact on you. As the situation develops and constantly changes, there may be further decisions required that impact the structure of the Guild. We will update you as and when those decisions are made and how they may impact you.

As of 1 June 2020, we are operating as below:

Full-Time Officers: currently operating remotely and with a full team to make sure you’re represented in key University decisions and meetings, making sure you remain at the heart of these. You can contact them via email or on their social media accounts.

Student Advice: currently operating remotely and with a full team. You can reach them on advice@exeterguild.com or visit our Advice area for more information on how they can support you.

Student Activities: currently operating remotely and working with a reduced team. There is currently limited support for music and volunteering queries as staff have been furloughed in these areas. You can get in touch with Activities, including queries with societies, student groups, volunteering and music, by emailing activities@exeterguild.com.

Student Voice: currently operating remotely and with a full team. The Voice team can be contacted at voice@exeterguild.com or you can visit their webpages to see how they’re supporting you.  

Commercial: all our outlets are currently closed and all our commercial outlet staff have been furloughed. If you have any commercial enquiries please either email sales@exeterguild.com or directors@exeterguild.com
