CMHA provide a diverse range of services with the aim of serving Chinese people who suffer from mental health related issues and problems. They offer counselling, wellbeing and be friendly services to fit your needs. They also provide support for their carers whom may not be familiar with all the nuances of traditional Chinese culture.

SupportLine provides a confidential telephone helpline and website offering emotional support information and advice to any individual on any issue, from mental health problems and abuse to volunteering and internet safety . The Helpline is primarily a preventative service and also provides support by email and post.

Northumberland, Tyne and Wear Self-Help Leaflets

NTW offer a variety of self-help leaflets tailored to various mental health related problems. Self-help means helping yourself by guiding and completing your own treatment independently. The leaflets are available to download in several formats such as a PDF file or an audio file.
