How to contact us
Our service runs Monday to Friday 9-5. If you would like our support, please do get in touch.
Email: Students wishing to access our advice can email firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to respond to all emails within five working days and, wherever possible, we will respond more quickly than this. Many students will receive their advice by email. We can also offer video calls via Teams or in person by arrangement of the Advisor.
Drop in meetings:
Bookable appointments: We offer appointments for initial enquiries Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12:50 -15:30. Students can book themselves in for a 20-minute slot with an Advisor. Please note if you are already working with an advisor, please book an appointment separately with them.
How to book
The process is very simple; bookings will take you to the booking page where you will see a calendar. If you click on the date that you are interested in this will bring up the appointment times available. When you choose your time this will be highlighted blue and then you need to fill out your details in the section below and click book. If you can give a brief summary of your query in the notes section that would be really helpful.
You will be sent confirmation of the appointment and a reminder.
If you are unable to make the appointment or would like to rearrange, please do lets us know. You can cancel and rearrange via your booking email.
Within 48 hours, after the meeting you will be sent an email recapping the information in the meeting and next steps if relevant.
On occasion, we may ask if you are happy for another Advisor to shadow the appointment. This is for training purposes and the shadow Advisor is just there to listen to the Advice being given and learn. If you do not feel comfortable with this, we fully respect your right to say no.
We are increasing our service to be able to offer these appointments in person or online. Please indicate if your preference for your appointment, in person or on line.
