Finding accommodation for next year can be daunting – especially as it is a legally binding contract. That is why the University and the Students’ Guild are here to help – from helping you identify where to live, to advising on the contract that you have been given.

There is an abundance of student accommodation in Exeter so there is no need to rush to find a house for next year. Take your time finding the right housemates, landlord and accommodation.

There are two main options when considering where you are going to live next year. Firstly, there is purpose built accommodation, such as University Halls or similar blocks in the city. Your second option is to move into a privately rented house.
