Working with Exeter Guild has been a dream of smooth organisation, team work and efficient planning. I work as a campaign manager at British American Group where we specialise in on-campus events at universities across the UK.
This campaign saw us collaborate with well-known pesto brand Sacla, who wanted a sampling promo campaign to raise brand awareness of their products. Their chosen university was University of Exeter.
From the off-set, getting in touch with the right person at University of Exeter Students’ Guild was exceptionally easy.
I was informed that Kate Watkins was the best person to speak to regarding promotion on campus and they weren't lying!
She endeavoured to make this campaign as easy and smooth for all of us and really went out of her way. She was always available and kept in contact about all aspects of the campaign from start to finish. - A large part of the reason why this campaign was so successful.
She was outgoing, exceptionally friendly and was always in contact with myself with ways in which the campaign could run more efficiently.
On the day of the campaign, there was a slight staffing issue which Kate informed me of and dealt with right away. She was very proactive from the off-set.
Apart from this, there were no issues on the day at all and along with the positive turn out for Sacla, led to a very successful campaign.
Sacla will be looking to work with us again soon and down to Kate, will more than likely want to do a repeat campaign with University of Exeter Students’ Guild.
