Registering Your Account
After downloading the app, you will the need to register an account by selecting the ‘Register’ icon.
You will then need to enter your name and email address. This must be your uni email address as it matches up with your societies in the Guild's system.
An email containing a password will be sent to your uni email address. You can change this password once you have signed in to your account.
Sign in with this password and your uni email address and you will be greeted with the adjacent screen.
Add your bank details to your account
clicking on the ‘Details’ icon and re-enter your password.
Enter your sort code, account number and a preferred payment reference so you can receive any claims you make.
Make sure to double check this information is correct otherwise the payment will fail.
Changing your password
You can do this by selecting the ‘Settings’ tab at the bottom of this screen.
If you’ve forgotten your password all you need to do is enter your email address, select 'forgot password' and a new one will be sent to your email address.
