SIEF Committee

Safety, Environmental, Information & Facilities Committee (SEIF)

Purpose

The purpose of the SEIF Committee is to ensure that the Guild meets its legal compliance obligations with regards to all activities, including health and safety, data protection, building refurbishment, environmental compliance and licencing. The members of the Committee are required to review the Guild's risk register, as well as consider any future risks through horizon scanning activity. The Committee meets three times per year and the composition is as follows;

  • 2 Sabbatial Officers
  • 1 Student Trustee
  • Deputy Chief Executive
  • Chief Executive
  • Director of Commercial Services
  • Director of Communications & Marketing
  • Director of Finance & Central Services
  • ICT Coordinator
  • Food and Beverage Manager
  • Head of Facilities and Central Services
  • Health, Safety and Events Manager
  • Venue and Events Manager
