1 - How do I log on to the Students’ Guild website?

If you are a current student you can log on using your University email address and creating a new password. Alternatively, you can create an account with any email address. Read our login error page if you are experiencing problems logging on to the website.

2 - Do I have to be a student to log in to the Students’ Guild website?

No – anyone can create an online account using any email address.

3 - I need to contact someone in the Students’ Guild – how do I find out who to speak to?

4 - How do I return an item I ordered from the Guild Shop online?

Please contact the Guild Shop in the first instance to explain your reason(s) for wanting to return your order. Please check the Terms & Conditions for returns and refunds.

5 - What is the Students’ Guild?

The Students’ Guild is the students’ union for students at the University of Exeter, including Streatham Campus, St. Luke’s Campus and Cornwall Campus. The Guild exists to represent the voice of the student body to the University and works to ensure that every student gets the most out of their time at Exeter.

 Every student is automatically a member of the Guild and can access all the services and opportunities that it provides.

7 - Where is the Students’ Guild?

We're based across Devonshire House, Cornwall House, and Kay House on Streatham Campus. On St. Luke's you can find us in G47, South Cloisters.

9 - How do I get to the Students’ Guild?

The Students’ Guild is located in the heart of our Streatham campus. There is limited parking on campus, but the University is well served by local bus services and Exeter St. David’s train station is a 15 minute walk.
