Exeter’s largest nightclub is the Students’ Guild’s Lemon Grove. Based right here on campus, the Lemon Grove runs regular, dedicated student club nights and events during term time as well as live gigs and alternative music nights throughout the year. Exeter specialises in independent music venues – including the Students’ Guild’s very own Lemon Grove whilst the University’s Great Hall has played host to international acts such as Muse. You will find the Phoenix in the city centre, a multi-artform venue hosting hundreds of events throughout the year.
From the modern to the cosy- Exeter’s pubs have it all. And you don’t need to go far to find them. The Students’ Guild also boasts its very own student pub called the Ram, check it out for weekly quiz nights, live sports and Rameoke.
Cinema and Theatre
Alongside several multiplex cinemas in Exeter, the Exeter Northcott Theatre nestled in the heart of the university’s Streatham campus offers a variety of shows from music to theatre and dance to student performances.
Arts and Museums
The Royal Albert Memorial Museum and Art Gallery (RAMM) showcases a diverse collection alongside hosting regular exhibitions from local artists, photographers and academics.
