Wild Society! If you’re studying Animal Behaviour, interested in conservation and working with animals or just love to dress up as an animal, you’ll find a place in Wild Soc. Our efforts are very much rooted in doing good, animalistically. We have a buzzing committee that can provide its members with volunteering opportunities, and can help you get involved with the charities and wildlife centers around Exeter; and making sure you know the bio-events taking place in town and further afield. All the funds we raise go to Roots and Shoots (http://www.rootsandshoots.org/), which will send it out to fund pro-animal work around the world! It’s not all hard graft. Its well documented and observed that animal behaviorists are party animals, with little to no social boundaries. Becoming a member has been linked to feelings of intense and prolonged satisfaction. So, join! Curiosity won’t kill the cat.
